We also discuss body image and not loving the way she looked or felt, and making a commitment to lose the weight she has put on while in school, drinking, partying and travelling. On this episode we talk about how lack of sleep can lead to infection, diabetes, cancer, heart attacks, strokes, and weight loss struggles. We discuss the correlation between Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia, low libido, chronic migraines and the consumption of caffeine with lack of sleep. We also talk about different health conditions like low iron deficiency and hypothyroidism, and how sleep can heal us, as well as steps you can take today to ensure you get a good night rest.
