How to Implement Corporate Yoga and Wellness with Theresa Berenato
/On this episode of Balance Your Life I am joined by Theresa Berenato. Theresa is a corporate yoga teacher and business owner in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. She primarily teaches full time in a corporate environment and has a passion for employee and workplace wellness. When she's not teaching yoga in person, she's behind the camera filming classes for her online yoga membership. Theresa is an open book, who is willing to talk about the ups and downs of being a full-time yoga teacher, her history with mental health and self-care, and how she's continuing to grow as a person and yoga teacher. On this episode we talk about what yoga in the work space looks like as far as structure, time and space, the benefits of implementing yoga in the office including reducing tension headaches from being at a computer, and reducing back pain from sitting all day, and 3 poses you can do RIGHT NOW to counter stiffness from driving or working at your desk all day.
