She is a mental health advocate and is passionate about helping others regain wellness in their lives. On this episode we talk about her journey being diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder, breaking the stigma around mental health, and chronic pain and stress from a holistic approach. We also discuss recognizing the signs you may not be managing stress in a healthy way, things you can do right now to feel good and be happy.
