/This week on Balance Your Life podcast I am joined by Steff Gallante (she/her). Steff is a professional wellness coach, educator, instructor, and owner of Steff Gallante Self-Care. She empowers her clients to uplift their day-to-day well-being and support their mental health by incorporating tools such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and Ayurveda self-care practices, especially for groups who have been marginalized. Her services provide mental, emotional, energetic, and physical health support through one-on-one and group sessions. Steff is a lecturer for Rutgers University's Department of Kinesiology and she facilitates wellness workshops for businesses and schools. On this episode we talk about her journey through discovering the practice of Ayurveda when she was in a really dark place in her life, making Ayurveda accessible in the modern world, and Ayurveda practices that align with the winter months.
